BOOKSTORE

Textbook Sales:

  • Due to the MOD schedule and time necessary to prepare the Bookstore, textbooks cannot be purchased for the upcoming MOD until the last 2 days of the current MOD. They will remain on sale through the end of week 3. After week three books must be special ordered through the bookstore manager.

Normal Bookstore Hours

  • Tuesday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm

Extended hours for Sales and Buybacks:

  • Week 8 of current MOD: WED & THURS 9:00– 7:00
  • Week 1 of new MOD: FIRST 2 DAYS of CLASSES – 7 am – 7pm

General Information:

  • During Week 5 or 6 a list is posted on the Bookstore door with all textbook information – including prices and ISBN’s. This info will not be given out over the telephone or email.
  • The best time to get books is when you are here for final exams or on the way to your first class of the MOD.
  • Anytime you need to purchase something from the bookstore but the lights are out or the doors are locked, please see the front office and they will find someone to help you.

Payment Methods

  • Cash, check, credit/debit card, or agency
  • After the first MOD you may charge your books to account if you have left money on your account for that purpose. Please see Renee Dunton in Student Accounts if you would like this option.

Return Policy

  • The return policy is attached to your textbook receipt, please read it carefully.
  • No refunds will be given after week three of a mod.

Buyback

  • Textbook buyback is conducted the last two days of the MOD during book sale hours.
  • Price paid for used books is based on condition and demand for book.
    • Condition – must have cover, binding in good shape, no water/mildew damage or pages stuck together. Some highlighting and notes are acceptable on most texts.
    • Demand – higher price is paid for texts being re-sold in the Bookstore all other books will be sent to a used book company and are subject to their pricing.
