Beal College's Medical Assisting Associate Degree program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (www.caahep.org) upon the recommendation of the Medical Assisting Education Review Board (MAERB). CAHIIM Accreditation

Accredited by the Accrediting Council of Independent Colleges and Schools

ACICS Accredited

Since 1966, Beal College has been accredited by the Accrediting Council of Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS). Beal College continues to be accredited by the Accrediting Council of Independent Colleges and Schools through December 31, 2019.  The Accrediting Council of Independent Colleges and Schools was recognized by the U.S. Department of Education through December 11, 2016.  As of December 12, 2016, the Accrediting Council of Independent Colleges and Schools did not receive renewal of its own recognition by the U.S. Department of Education. Beal College must receive approval by June 12, 2018 by a new accrediting agency recognized by the U.S Department of Education, to ensure continued eligibility to receive funds under for Title IV, Higher Education Act programs. Beal College has an in-process application with the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) which is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and is actively pursuing accreditation from that organization. Information on Grievances

Beal College operates its programs and activities so that, when viewed in their entirety, they are readily accessible to handicapped persons. Academic counseling and financial assistance are provided to students with disabilities in a nondiscriminatory manner. Exclusion of handicapped persons from any course of study is prohibited as long as the student is able to meet the standards of a course safely and effectively.
